Learn how to make any type of text comprehensible to readers (regardless of literacy level), how to engage readers both cognitively and emotionally and how to use a wide variety of reading to enhance and accelerate acquisition. The presenter will demonstrate quick and easy techniques for linking meaning and using decoding activities to develop an ear for the language, in addition to how to apply 4Q strategies to deepen comprehension and inspire higher order thinking.
