1. ENTRY: No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Entrant must be eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry to be eligible to win.

Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

Participants are limited only to those that have registered and participated in FM-iFLT 2021. Registrants can earn points by participating in the community board, completing surveys, polls, challenges, and session feedback forms.
2. HOW WILL WE ANNOUNCE THE WINNERS?
Winners will be announced on Fluency Matters Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, using the registrant’s first and last names displayed on the Leaderboard on Friday, July 16, 2021.
One Fluency Matters Comprehension-based™ Reader E-course (one single title of your choice) for up to 150 students.
E-course subscription lasts one year and must be initiated by July 23, 2021.

4. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE:
To claim the prize, you must be in the top 3 finishers on the Leaderboard and you must reply to the email sent by email@example.com from the email account used to register for FM-iFLT 2021 OR send a message reply through Whova, the virtual conference platform. Email or Whova reply must be received by 5:00 P.M. EST Friday, July 23, 2021 and must include the following information:
– First and last name (Must correspond to the name used to register for FM-iFLT 2021)
– Account username registered at FluencyMatters.com (If you do not have an account on FluencyMatters.com, you must create one.)
– The title of the E-Course you desire. (View options here.)
– Number of groups (classes) and an approximate number of students in each group (Maximum of 150 students)
If a reply is not received by 5:00 P.M. EST Friday, July 23, 2021, another winner will be chosen.
5. HOW WILL THE WINNER BE SELECTED?
The top 3 finishers on the Leaderboard within Whova, the virtual conference platform, will be selected as the winners.
Except as otherwise prohibited herein or by applicable law, this Contest is open to any person who is eighteen (18) years of age or older who is currently registered and participating in FM-iFLT 2021. FM-iFLT staff, presenters, coaches and other conference team members are not eligible. Participants are only eligible by meeting all stipulations as set forth under Section 1: ENTRY.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules, which are final on all matters pertaining to this Giveaway. Entrants grant to Fluency Matters the right to use and publish their proper name online, in print or in any other media in connection with the Giveaway. Winners will be announced on @FluencyMatters Instagram, Facebook and Twitter account.
E-Course Subscription lasts one year and begins on or before July 23, 2021.
All students must be uploaded to the E-course group no later than September 30, 2021.

Fluency Matters is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. Fluency Matters assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Fluency Matters is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Fluency Matters which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Fluency Matters reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
