Due to the unique setting for iFLT 2020, exhibiting will be nontraditional.
For those who have purchased the lunch package, lunch will be served on the campus green Tues – Thurs. The exhibiting area will consist of tables that surround the outdoor dining area. Participants will have the opportunity to purchase books throughout the two-hour Book Fair event on Wednesday and also during the lunch hour and exhibit break Thursday afternoon.

Set up: Any time before noon
Tear down: 2:00p.m. at the end of the Book Fair OR at the end of the day. Vendors may choose when they would like to tear down their exhibit.
Thursday
Set up: Any time before noon
Tear down: Exhibitors may choose when they would like to tear down, either after lunch, the afternoon break, or at the end of the day.
Because exhibits will be outdoors, it is strongly recommended that exhibitors do not leave their exhibit unattended. Summer school will be in session, and there will be numerous non-conference individuals on campus. Exhibitors will have the benefit of potentially reaching additional customers and the responsibility of manning and/or dismantling their table either at the end of the BBQ / the end of the day, whichever you prefer.
Cost to Exhibit
Due to limited space, exhibiting space is limited to those who are registered (as an exhibitor) for the conference. Exhibitor registration is $549 and includes the following:
• ONE full conference registration
• ONE lunch Tues., Wed. and Thursday
• up to 2 assistants who are NOT attending the conference
• ONE table*
