Cancellation Policy

If you cancel for any reason, you will be assessed a cancellation fee based on the date when you cancel:  On or before June 9, 2019 – $50 per person. No refunds after June 9, 2019.

Any name change requests made after June 1, 2019 (for an individual or group registration) will result in a $25 per-name-change fee.

Once you submit your registration and your registration is processed (2 business days), a $10 fee will apply for any changes to your conference registration. After May 15, 2019, NO changes to your conference registration will be allowed. WHY?… Because conference organizers immediately begin analyzing your registration information to carefully place each participant in the most appropriate group. This takes an enormous amount of time, and each shift we make to one’s registration can have a domino effect on our grouping of cohorts. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
