Happy New Year, everyone!

As most of you have heard by now, we changed our company’s name in November of 2016, and we are so EXCITED to begin 2017 as Fluency Matters! This is the time of year when we all get very reflective. Where are we headed? What are our goals? How are we going to develop healthy habits and make ourselves better people? Well, here at Fluency Matters, we are no different. And with the new name change, we find ourselves reflecting even more about how we, as teachers ourselves, can best provide leadership and support to the colleagues we serve! Most of all, we want you to know that regardless of the CI-based approach you use in the classroom, you will be respected, accepted and supported by the Fluency Matters Team. To that end, we would like to share some of our reflections and thoughts with you as we all settle in to our new January-selves and begin this fresh new year.

First, at Fluency Matters, we don’t just want to sell books. We want to create experiences for teachers and students alike. FM_wolf_fullcolorWe want to “be the change,” the catalyst for a nation of bilingualism and racial equity! We can only accomplish that through education and inspiration.  Learning to communicate in another language is the gateway  to global thinking and cultural understanding, thus our new logo and our new tagline:
Opening a world of opportunity for a lifetime of communication.

We realize that teachers are counting on us to help them deliver high quality CI and impactful experiences for their students, in spite of the limitations of their own time and resources. Our goal is to help you facilitate acquisition in the most efficient and  enjoyable way possible so that your students maximize their potential in your classroom and beyond.  With that in mind, we would like to share 10 resolutions (new and old) that you can count on to guide and support you in 2017:

1. Free Webinar… Our New Year’s gift to you!
