How do I set Fluency Matters up as a VENDOR?

To set Fluency Matters up as a vendor, you will more than likely need our W9. Download Fluency Matters W9.

 

Please note that Fluency Matters may already be set up as a vendor in your system under the name TPRS Publishing, Inc. We are officially incorporated under the name TPRS Publishing, Inc., dba (doing business as) Fluency Matters.

Can I pay with a Purchase Order (PO)?

Yes, Fluency Matters accepts purchase orders from schools, districts and other organizations.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

A physical copy of the purchase order must be received before your order will be processed.

What is your legal business name?

We have two legal identities. Our corporate name is TPRS Publishing, Inc.  TPRS Publishing, Inc. also does business as FLUENCY MATTERS.

 

Checks made out to either entity are accepted. Both are registered under tax ID: 86-1046581.

How long will my order take?

Orders are generally processed within 1 BUSINESS day. During peak times of year (late summer/early fall), it may take up to 2-3 business days to process your order.

Orders generally ship within 1-2 BUSINESS days. During peak times of year (late summer/early fall), it may take up to 3-4 BUSINESS days to ship your order.

 

Please allow 7 to 10 BUSINESS days to receive your order.  Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 BUSINESS days and are delivered much faster than the 7 to 10 days as stated. (We would rather pleasantly surprise you than disappoint you.)

PLEASE NOTE:

• Weather and other conditions beyond our control may affect the  delivery date. 

• Calling/emailing our office to check on your order before 7 to 10 days has passed won’t make your package arrive any faster. 

How do I make a return?

For all returns, please contact Shirley@FluencyMatters.com with return information.

 

Returns after 30 days are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee; no credit or refunds on damaged materials. Please package materials carefully. No credit will be given on any returned materials that are damaged when received. Returns over $500 need prior authorization.

 

No returns accepted after 45 days. NO RETURNS ON CD’s, DVD’s, Novels or reproducible materials. NO REFUNDS ON DOWNLOADS OR SHIPPING CHARGES.  Any returns shipped to PO Box will be refused.  All returns must be shipped via UPS to:  540 Jensen Drive, Medford, WI 54451.

Why do I need to log-in to make a purchase?

You need to log-in to make a purchase so you can receive your download purchases or E-course purchases in your Fluency Matters profile.  You can also view previous purchases from your Fluency Matters profile.  Your profile is your online storage for all downloads and E-courses.

 

To view Teacher Guide downloads or Audio downloads, simply scroll down to the bottom of the profile page and click on the ‘Download’ link on the bottom left.
