Return Policy

Fluency Matters accepts returns of print titles in new, unmarked, and salable condition. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice showing the purchaser’s information and listing Fluency Matters as the seller. Return authorization is not required prior to shipping.

 

Online Purchases
To receive a refund to your original payment method without a restocking fee, you must ship your return to the address below within 30 days of the invoice date. NO RETURNS ON CD’s, DVD’s. Original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

PO Purchases
For returns shipped after 30 days up until six months after the invoice date, a 10% restocking fee will be applied, and your refund will be credited to your Wayside account—not to the original purchase method. NO RETURNS ON CD’s, DVD’s. Original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Digital-only Products
To receive a refund on a digital-only product, you must return the product un-activated within 30 days of the invoice date. Digital-only products are not eligible to return after 30 days from invoice date.

 

Defective Items
If you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please call customer support at 800-877-4738. These products should be returned immediately. The purchaser has 30 days from date of receipt to make a claim on items received in damaged condition.

Distributor Return Policy
Fluency Matters/Wayside Publishing accepts returns of print titles in new, unmarked, and salable conditions made directly from Fluency Matters/Wayside Publishing for 300 days (10 months) after invoice for store credit only. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. Store credit may take up to 30 days to process after receipt at our warehouse. Credit is distributed at the discretion of Fluency Matters/Wayside Publishing.

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Return authorization is not required prior to shipping. Original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the distributor.

 

To receive credit for Digital-Only or Hardcover Print and Digital products, the entire product must be returned and must be un-activated
Titles, editions, and resources that have been declared Out-of-Print for 90 days or more are not eligible for return.
