  1. Check for clues on Twitter to determine each password. Look for hashtag #FluencyMatters and #CLUE___.  Determine the passwords based on the clues tweeted.
  2. Fill out the online form with the correct five passwords, and you will automatically be entered into the Fluency Matters Play at Home Drawing.
  3. All forms must be completed and electronically submitted by 11:59p.m. Sunday, November 18, 2018.

2. WINNER SELECTION:

One winner will be randomly drawn. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of participants who submit the completed form.

Winners will be notified via email using the email address provided on the online form. Winners will also be posted on social media, using handles and identities provided on the form.

Drawing Winners will be announced on Twitter, Facebook, the CI Peek blog, and in the Fluency Matters newsletter.

Winners of the drawing must select prize by January 15, 2019 and must enroll students and start course by February 1, 2019 or the prize will be forfeited.

PRIZE

An E-course subscription for one Fluency Matters E-course, limited to available courses at the time of drawing.

There are no prize substitutions. Prizes have no cash value and are not transferable to another person.

All prizes are protected under U.S. copyright laws. Sharing and/or duplicating materials, whether digital, download or physical–is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Except as otherwise prohibited herein or by applicable law, this drawing is open to any person who is eighteen (18) years of age or older, a currently employed language teacher, and who has completed and submitted the electronic ‘Play at Home’ form with the correct passwords and additionally requested information.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Drawing entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules, which are final on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Entrants grant to Fluency Matters the right to use and publish their proper name online, in print or in any other media in connection with the Contest. Entrants grant Fluency Matters full rights to publish their entry online or in print.

Fluency Matters assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Fluency Matters is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Fluency Matters which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Fluency Matters reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
